Try to steal Jimmy Brown's car. A Knoxville Police Department spokesperson tells us that Brown was in a barber shop along North Broadway today when he saw someone getting into his car. KPD tells us he then ran out to intervene when the suspect, who has been identified as 26-year-old Samson Prater, drove over the curb and hit a parked vehicle.
