Did you notice these new concrete blocks on the Christmas market in Warsaw this year? Even though they look nice and shiny and yellow vibrant color, they are not a part of decoration. They were installed there as a safety measurement after what happened on one of the Christmas markets last year in Europe. It's a bit surreal to see them and all these lights but honestly if it keeps
