Gas prices have begun to slowly lower in the United States even as oil costs have risen significantly in the last few weeks.
On Tuesday, the national average sat at $4.27 per gallon, about a seven cent decrease from last week and about a 20 cent decrease from a month ago, according to AAA. H

To all Crude oil hit $126/barrel during the Iran war. Now it's $85.59 as of today - down $40.41, or 32%. By that math, $4 gas should be $2.72. Somebody's screwing us. I don't think it's the war—I think it's oil companies.
