is just a normal cabbage wow i can tell you something cool by sleeping in boiling water you get this purple dye this is actually a ph indicator and if we add some acidic lemon juice you can see it turns red and for this alkaline by cardinal soda turns blue we can see when held side by side how striking the color difference really is and i just think that s very cool
