I think about billionaires a lot (kinda my job?) so let me say this: Most every billionaire on the planet would happily kill you for an extra few points on their investment. This isn't theoretical, it literally happens. They literally make decisions they know will kill people.
Something to think about
Just one year of a 2% tax on billionaires would cover ending homelessness and hunger, providing tuition-free public college, universal childcare, and replacing all of the lead pipes in the U.S. — and it wouldn’t affect how billionaires live their lives at all.
