After his snowman was knocked down twice by a car, an 8-year-old Bullitt County boy, Tommy Mabe, decided to build a third snowman on top of a fire hydrant. I got tired of the punks knocking down my snowman, so I built the last one on top of a fire hydrant. That is some creative thinking. Has it stayed up so far? Yep.
