Instead of governments creating Digital IDs to track citizens... maybe citizens should have Digital IDs for politicians. Track who they meet with. Track who lobbies them. Track where our tax dollars go. They work for us. Not the other way around.
Instead of governments having digital ID on us, perhaps we should have digital ID on them - to track who they are meeting, who is lobbying them and how they are spending our money. They don't own us. We own them.
