Bear is a "koala detection dog". Wearing special boots to protect his paws from scorched ground, Bear sniffs out koala survivors of Australian bushfires. His previous owners couldn't handle him as he chewed furniture & walls out of boredom, but his need to work made him an ideal detection dog.
