In my opinion, Vitamin D is one of the best defenses against infectious diseases and even cancer.
Dosing should be 5,000 IUs or even higher and a higher dose than what used to be recommended and still is by many doctors, is critically important (get your vitamin D levels checked, if you aren't sure)!
